The Ukulele Scramble consists of Richard Perlmutter and Robin Hoffman, a former professional dancer with the Joffrey Ballet and Metropolitan Opera. The two met at a Ukulele Meet Up in Western Massachusetts, and began playing together when they realized they shared an interest in art songs and classical music and thought it would be fun to use the ukulele to play both. Since forming the Ukulele Scramble, they have expanded their repertoire to include original songs and contemporary music. They have released several singles and numerous videos. They are working on their first album.
